The Jamie Oliver Foundation is launching its’ first-ever Food Revolution Day, a global day of action to inspire, educate, and empower people everywhere to stand up for real food. Thousands of people worldwide will participate in events to raise awareness on preventing diet-related diseases, and to arm people with the knowledge and tools to make healthier food choices.
In Vaughan, Ontario Petits Chefs Academy in partnership City of Vaughan’s Active Together Physical Activity Strategy will host two (2) Workshops at the cooking school for kids and families at 9661 Jane St., Unit #1 (across from Canada’s Wonderland). City of Vaughan staff will be on hand to help educate the importance of physical activity as it relates to an overall healthy lifestyle and Petits Chefs Academy will enrich and engage participants with a line up of amazing guest speakers and hands on cooking.
