If people were just educated, we could make Canada a beter place to live.

Many chefs I know including myself cook seasonaly and local &amp; 100% Canadian. It can be done year round you just need to know where to shop. It does not only help support your local farmers, it helps the local economy.

I challenge you to do it for one month.
