In this month’s cookbook selection, we are journeying to the east coast of Africa and visiting the 8 nation. We will hear stories, experiences and learn recipes from these foundational matriarchs, grandmother’s. Even if you didn’t have a chance to pick up the book, but have participated in any of our Food and History through a BIPOC Lens programs, you will be able to add to the discussion.
