Folks come together to create seasonal menus that not only showcase local produce, but also celebrates the cultural diversity found throughout York Region. You will learn about kitchen safety, food handling and nutrition, as well as basic cooking skills, preparation and techniques in a relaxed and fun kitchen environment. The program is full for January-February, but you can contact Chantal at chantalm @ yrfn.ca to be placed on the waitlist.
