Folks come together to create seasonal menus that not only showcase local produce, but also celebrates the cultural diversity found throughout York Region. You will learn about kitchen safety, food handling and nutrition, as well as basic cooking skills, preparation and techniques in a relaxed and fun kitchen environment.
The program is full for March-April.
Registration for May-June dates opens April 5th and closes April 26th, 2023.
