Culinary Traveller – Punjab

Punjabi Cuisine is know for its rich, bold flavours. In this session of the Culinary Traveller, we journey through the northern part of the Indian Subcontinent with our tour guide Gurneet who will share her culture and show us how to prepare Aloo Gobi Subji (Cauliflower and Potato).
