Garlic Cooking Workshop

Join us for an exploration into cooking with garlic using the different varieties of garlic harvested from the Growing to Give Garden.
Chef Maxine will be sharing the health benefits of garlic, some tips on cooking with garlic and doing a taste test of the different varieties that were grown at the garden!
Bring your questions and favourite recipes to share!
Note: the workshop will take place in the garden, which is located at the back of the Vaughan Fire Station 7-1. Please do not park at the fire station. There is some available parking in the plaza beside the fire station (Petro Canada, Amadeus Patisserie etc).
