Global Gourmet – Vegetable Tagine

In our next Global Gourmet (virtual cook-along), we will take advantage of some local fall harvest to create a beautiful vegetarian dish, soon to become a family favourite! The name ‘tagine’ refers to a specific type of cookware for cooking stews in Northern Africa. This vegetable stew recipe, from our Cookbook Club’s featured cookbook, ‘Soul of a New Cuisine‘, is the perfect blend of sweet, savoury and saucy!
