Plant Based Cooking Class for Youth

In this two-week series participants will create healthy plant-based meals including soups, salads, dips and more. Participants will develop their food preparation knowledge and try a variety of foods and flavors; while enhancing their knife skills, food safety, learn how to follow a recipe, enhance flavors and so much more. During our time together we will prepare fresh food from scratch, eat together and have a great time in the kitchen.
