Whether you are cooking with kale, Swiss chard, callaloo or collards, greens are nutrient dense, high fiber vegetables that are versatile that can be eaten on their own or added to a dish. Join YRFN for this virtual cook-along workshop, where we will prepare Greens together, share some recipes, growing tips and ways to prepare these amazing vegetables.
