Seasonal Spotlight – Beets

Beets are an earthy root vegetable that can be prepared in a variety of ways. They can be; pickled, roasted, eaten raw, boiled, used in baked goods and stewed. Join YRFN for this virtual cook-along workshop, where we will prepare Beets together, share some recipes, growing tips and ways to prepare these amazing vegetables.

*Some ingredients will be provided by YRFN (free of charge)
