Eat Local – Pears

Pears are versatile fruits with varieties that range from tart to sweet to floral with many different tastes and textures. They can be eaten raw, stewed, poached, and of course baked! 

Join YRFN for this virtual bake-a-long workshop, where we will prepare a Caramelized Pear Skillet Cake. Think upside down cake, with pears instead of pineapple!

 ***Some ingredients for the cook-a-long will be provided by YRFN.
