YRFN Lunch Table – Seasonings

Which spices are used, or how a dish is seasoned can add complexity and identity to any dish. We instantly know if a meat is seasoned with basil, oregano, garlic and olive oil it must be of Italian origin. Or if there is fresh thyme, green onion, allspice and clove, it points us in the direction of the Caribbean. Join me at the “Table’ this week to talk about spices and familiar flavors from our cultures.
