  • Seed to Table – A Free Garden Program Geared to Adults Aged 65+

    Join us at our Mulock Community Garden in Newmarket for ten workshops designed to support healthy aging through adaptive gardening, planting, harvesting, stories, intergenerational connection and shared celebration. Todays session: Soil Life Sub-Zero: How to support active soil life through the winter and best practices for garden "closing". Facilitated by Paul Lubberts

  • CMHA Cooking Class at YRFN Kitchen

    A monthly cooking class every 2nd Friday at YRFN kitchen for CMHA clients. Every month the class will cook and explore different recipes. We will prep, cook, clean, eat, socialize, and learn together. Registration is done via CMHA.
